The house is set in lovely gardens (mainly to the front of the house) that are fenced in and gated.
This makes them ideal for children to run around in, or simply pretty to look at whilst you sip your local Bergerac wine, or coffee on the terrace.

A car is essential for this holiday, but you only need to drive 5 minutes for the baker and 5 minutes for the
charming local town of Belves, where you will find a Saturday market, an interesting selection of shops.
There's also a children’s playground and a good choice of restaurants.

The house is spacious and modern with a light and airy feel.
 All rooms are on one level and the main living area overlooks the pool, garden and valley beyond.

 Large sejour, which is a kitchen /dining area and lounge all in one with two very large and comfortable sofas.
 We have a log fire, Sky TV, CD / MP3 player, Xbox / DVD player available.

A Converted garage that is great for a playroom, and has two very comfortable pull out beds that sleeps an additional 4 people in the summer months.
