The house was
formerly an atelier, (workshop) with many classical elements.
Ground Floor:
Large living room (75 m2, classical style) with a big, superb open
fireplace.
Flat Screen Television and DVD Player.
Large kitchen with bar and pantry (combined about 30 m2) and toilet.
The kitchen provides access to the covered terrace, ideal for breakfast and
alfresco dinning.
There is also a 'Nespresso' machine.
Under the kitchen is a small cellar.
1st Floor:
Delightful large bedroom with beams and character features (25m2) with
En-suite bathroom
(shower, toilet, complete washing facilities and towel dryer, with dresser).
Second bedroom (22m2) with double sink, shower and towel dryer (seche-serviette).

Two Terraces:
One roofed (18m2) by the kitchen and the other behind the house across the
