This Stone built
farmhouse is on the edge of a hamlet, 2km from the bustling village of Le
Buisson de Cadouin
and close to the recently discovered Caves de Maxange.
There are 4
large bedrooms, 1 double on the ground floor adjacent to the bathroom with bath
and shower.
A further 3 located upstairs; 2 doubles with en-suite shower rooms and a room
with 2 single beds.
A cot and high chair are available upon request.
Spacious
split level living room with comfy sofas a feature fireplace with wood burner
and satellite TV & DVD.
French windows open from the living room onto the
terrace, garden and pool.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a large dining area, oven, fridge freezer,
microwave, dishwasher and a wood burning stove.
A washing machine can be found in the adjoining
outhouse.
Outside there is
a large covered decked terrace with a spacious dining area perfect for long lazy
lunches or evening BBQ’s.
Set in a private
and enclosed garden, the newly decked pool area has a safety alarm fitted in
line with French standards,
but we would advise that children are watched at all times.
The large deck is arranged with plenty of sun loungers for soaking up the
Dordogne sun.
