"La Capiol" is
situated in the beautiful village of Cénac, on an elevated
position commanding lovely views across the valley.
It is in an
ideal location from which to explore the delights of this region.
The bastide village of Domme is only a short walk from the house via a nearby
path,
and the medieval town of Sarlat a 10 minute drive away.
The River Dordogne meanders at the edge of the village and is easily reached by
foot, only a 10 minute walk from the house.
Enjoy a
picnic, and even have a swim in the shallow waters adjacent to the river bank.
The picturesque villages of Beynac and La Roque are also very close by.
Cénac
itself has Restaurants, Bars and a range of useful shops, including a Bakery, Butcher, Post Office and Supermarket
all within easy walking distance.
This lovely Perigordian Property consists of 3 bedrooms (two of which have Air Conditioning), and will sleep 6 comfortably.
A large open plan Lounge\Diner and kitchen, provides comfort and lovely views across the valley.
There are 2 bathrooms, and is Centrally Heated along with a traditional wood burner if your stay is during the winter months.
The house is very well equipped to a high standard, with all the necessary facilities.
We also have Wi-Fi Internet access is available for use, so that you can keep in touch with family and friends if you so wish.
All towels and linen are provided.As the house is located up a private road, it is very quiet with no passing traffic.
There are two gardens. The upper terraced garden offering shade from the heat of the sun, has steps that lead down to the main garden.
Both offering privacy and splendid views.
"La Capiol", is in an ideal position for exploring the surrounding area of Sarlat, Beynac and
La Roque Gageac to name but a few beauty spots, and you are only walking distance to Domme and it's breathtaking views!
